Here’s what one trader on StockTwits recently had to say in regards to PFE:
$SRNE Read this:
$PFE or any other big bio wont wait until $SRNE comes up with a major breakthrough or becomes a $35 company… they will buy it on the cheap and we should expect to see offers coming in September. In all likelihood they will sell to a big bio for 2 reasons:
1) financially they are on borrowed money and it is Henry's job to maximize shareholder value (As well as his own)
2) the bidding for them should be strong as they are the leader in their space. Their library of genetic reference and the tools they have as well as patents and agreements with other companies is all added value to any big bio
I see this to be the direction we go… I expect a buyout @ $8- $10Bil = $25-$35 PT
