Bitcoin (BTC) Up $69.61 Over Past 4 Hours, Moves Up For the 2nd Consecutive Day; Breaks Above 100 Day Average

Bitcoin is up 0.68% ($69.61) since the last 4 hour candle, marking the 3rd straight candle an increase has occurred. Relative to other instruments in the Top Cryptos asset class, Bitcoin ranked 4th since the last 4 hour candle in terms of percentage price change.

Bitcoin is up 1.14% ($116.83) since the previous day, marking the 2nd consecutive day it has gone up. The change in price came along side change in volume that was up 30.39% from previous day, but down 49.47% from the Thursday of last week. Bitcoin Technical Analysis

First things first: Bitcoin crossed above its 100 day moving average yesterday. The clearest trend exists on the 14 day timeframe, which shows price moving down over that time. For another vantage point, consider that Bitcoin’s price has gone up 8 of the previous 14 trading days.
